TRInternational, Inc. (TRI) was founded in 1994 by Anthony Ridnell. Two former co-workers from a previous employer, Rowland Morgan and Karen O'Connell joined him at his house in the Seattle, WA neighborhood of Leschi. They wired phone lines and computer cables under the house, connecting a spare bedroom with a den and commenced operations. Each time an order would be put together, they would take out a brass horn and walk onto the deck overlooking Lake Washington and blow feverishly. Times have changed for TRI!

Sixteen years later, in 2010  the company conducts close to $60 Million in sales, 24 employees, four regional offices in the USA, a two-person sourcing office in Shanghai, China and a two-person global trading office in Lahore, Pakistan. Many customers and suppliers are recognizable household names, including several Fortune 500 companies.

The 16 years between these two snapshots in time have shown a measurement of hard work, consistency, unparalleled ethical standards, and commitment to taking care of employees, customers, and suppliers.
