Low molecular weight water soluble polymer derived from cellulose, tailored for use in dispersed or non dispersed, fresh/sea/saltwater and KCI fluid systems where no additional viscosity increase is desired. It is used in drilling fluids to control API filtration rate while stabilizing the rheology of the fluid system. It also provides shale inhibition as a protective colloid and improves the filtercake quality. |
